To ensure that GO Transit continues to best deliver the expectations of
its customers, GO is forming a Customer Service Advisory Committee.
The committee will have up to eight GO Transit customer representatives from
various GO Train corridors and the Hwy. 407 GO Bus corridor.
Potential candidates for these positions must:
- Reside within the GO Transit service area
- Be regular users of the GO Transit system on one of the Lakeshore
West, Lakeshore East, Georgetown, Richmond Hill, Stouffville, Milton,
Barrie or Hwy. 407 corridors
- Be willing to make the commitment to voluntarily attend,
participate, and engage in quarterly meetings of the advisory committee,
times and dates to be arranged by the committee
Potential members should submit the following:
- Clearly state your qualifications (as stated above, your regular
corridor) for the position
- State what unique customer perspective you would bring to GO Transit
- State why a Customer Service Advisory Committee is important to GO
Transit and the role you would play on it
GO Transit will reimburse volunteers for their travel expenses for these
meetings.
