November 13, 2011 – Weston Santa Claus Parade
On Sunday, November 13, GO Transit participated for the first time in the Weston Santa Claus Parade organized by the Weston Village Business Improvement Area. Members of the Weston Community Office dressed in their personal protective equipment and the GO Bear – GO Transit’s mascot – delighted big and little kids alike. The Weston Community Office was open offering hot chocolate, treats and information on the GTS Project to parade goers. GO Transit is looking forward to participating next year’s parade.
