CLARITY FUNCTIONAL ADMINISTRATOR
Start Rate: $30.74 per hour
$30.74 - $38.91 per hour (ATU Bargaining Unit)
(Wage Rate Currently Under Review)

Working with an energetic, talented and committed team
in the Controls & Standards Office, you will be the designated “go-to”
person for the newly implemented Clarity Capital Project Management System
(CPMS). You will be responsible for day-to-day end-user support,
functional maintenance, and development of the
Clarity System, ensuring its continuous smooth operation and integrity of
the data used. This will include
data entry and report development, system testing / upgrading, and
coordination with IT and external consultants.
You will be liaising with several business user groups, analyzing
business requirements and recommending appropriate changes / upgrades to the
system, developing customized reports, and representing the various groups
at IT Competency Group meetings.
Additionally, you will be required to develop
business procedures and User Manuals, train business users and
internal clients on the system, and conduct user trend analyses to
proactively refine and enhance system functionalities. |

| Qualifications:
Minimum qualification of a 3-year community college diploma in Information
Technology or Business Administration
or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Any training specific to Business Enterprise applications would be an
asset.
Minimum four (4) years’ experience working with CA’s Clarity Software.
Must have good knowledge of governance, portfolio, and project
management processes, including process mapping and optimization.
Proficiency in software skills, including advanced knowledge of
Business Objects/Crystal reporting, Excel and MS Access.
Demonstrated experience in problem solving, detailed analysis, and
decision-making. Experience with
group facilitation, training and gathering business requirements across a
wide range of system users. Ability
to work independently and/or in a team environment.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and
strong presentation skills. |
