4:00 p.m. from Metrolinx’s Procurement and Contract Services Office at

format. No electronic versions are available. Request documents must be

Only Consultants who possess the
following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of
this Contract:
Corporate Qualifications:
Knowledge of railway operations, including railway
operating rules and regulations; Expertise
in the design, construction and operation of railway track structures,
and signal systems; and Expertise in the
analysis of train operations, particularly in a terminal environment.
Project Team Qualifications:
Experience relevant to the type of work being
requested. Project Principal – 20 years experience, direction of
feasibility and operational studies in a railway environment.
Project Manager – 15 years experience, management of feasibility and
operational studies in a railway environment,
and design and construction of
rail transit infrastructure. Railway Operations Specialist - 15
years experience, train operation analysis, rail terminal operations and
analysis, operations planning. Railway Signals Specialist - 10 years
experience, design and operation of rail signal systems, and signal
system planning and analysis. Railway Track Specialist - 10 years
experience, planning of rail track infrastructure, and design and
construction of track infrastructure.
Railway Structures Specialist - 10 years experience, planning and
feasibility of rail structures (including tunnels) in a constrained
environment, and design and construction of rail structures.
