SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF FRENCH LANGUAGE STATIC SIGNAGE  - PILOT PROJECT PORT CREDIT GO STATION
 

GO Transit is accepting Tenders for the Supply and Installation of French Language Static Signage at the Port Credit GO Station
 

A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, May 16, 2008 at GO Transit’s Port Credit GO Station located at 30 Queen Street E., Mississauga, Ontario(Queen St. E. and Ann St, South of the Q.E.W. and west off of Hurontario St.(Hwy 10)).  Contractors are to meet at the Station Building. Failure of a Contractor to be present and registered from the time the meeting is called to order for the entire meeting until the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from bidding.
 

Contractors must wear hard hats, safety vests and safety boots/shoes.  Failure to satisfy all of these safety requirements will result in disqualification from bidding.
 

Tender documents are available weekdays from 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. from GO Transit’s Procurement and Contract Services Office at the address below upon payment of a $100.00 non-refundable document charge by cash or company cheque, payable to the “Greater Toronto Transit Authority”.  Tender documents are provided only in hard copy format.  No electronic versions are available.  Call (416) 869-3600, ext.5357 or email Frank.Colella@gotransit.com for inquiries.
 

Each Tender must be accompanied by a bid deposit of $25,000.00 in the form of a bid bond or certified cheque payable to the “Greater Toronto Transit Authority”.
 

Sealed Tenders will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2008 at the same Procurement and Contract Services Office, and will be publicly opened immediately upon closing.
 

GO Transit reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders at its sole discretion.
