Take Extra Care

Your safety is our top priority — take extra care and be aware of your surroundings as platforms, stairwells and walkways may be more crowded than usual.

  • We thank you for your patience as we continue to make improvements to your GO commute.
  • During the first week of the changes, we’ll have staff throughout Union Station to assist you.
  • Remember – don’t block stairwells or doorways, don’t stop at the bottom of escalators, and don’t ever cross tracks.
  • Spread along the platform and keep well behind the yellow line.

Union Station Construction

Construction work at Union Station will continue over the next two years in order to provide customers with a better overall GO Train service.

  • Throughout this time, we’ll adjust GO schedules and platforms at Union Station as needed in order to maintain the service levels our customers expect.
  • These adjustments will help us accommodate construction and prevent us from having to reduce the number of train trips we provide to our customers.
