Our Service Guarantee provides credits for train arrivals delayed 15 minutes or more due to reasons within our control.
In four easy steps, we can determine if your trip qualifies.


  • When was your trip delayed?
    (You have seven days to make a claim from the date of delay)

  • Where did you get off the train?

  • What time was your train scheduled to leave the station where you got on?



How do I check if my trip qualifies?

Using the form above…

  1. Select the date when you experienced the delayed arrival on the calendar
  2. "Where did you get on the train?" - Select or type the name of the GO station where you boarded the train
  3. Where did you get off the train?” - Select or type the name of the GO station where you got off the train
  4. "What time was your train scheduled to leave the station where you got on?" - Select the time the train was scheduled to leave the station you selected when answering “Where did you get on the train?"
  5. Click on "Does my trip qualify?"
  6. If your trip qualifies, PRESTO card holders can visit the Service Guarantee page to request a credit. Paper ticket holders (single-ride tickets, day or group passes) can request their credit from a GO station attendant. Check your station’s operating hours.
