Customer Service Advisory Committee

The Customer Service Advisory Committee (CSAC) is an advisory committee for GO Transit and provides for ongoing public participation in customer service improvements. This committee was established in 2008 and meets at least once each quarter.  The committee consists of nine customers selected from volunteer applicants and represents a cross section of customers from different customer groups.

Roles and responsibilities
    • Promote dialogue and information exchange regarding public communication of key customer issues.
    • Serve as a sounding board for key GO Transit issues.
    • Aid GO Transit/Metrolinx staff in providing consultation and advice related to customer service.
    • Assist in advising on policy issues for services regarding the interests of customers.
