Making travel affordable for youth and post-secondary students is important to us because we understand the increasing cost of living. That’s why we increased the PRESTO fare discount for youth and post-secondary students to 40% off the full single adult fare. Your discount will apply to both GO Transit and UP Express when you use your PRESTO card. It’s easy to sign up and start travelling for less!

Youth Fare

Anyone aged 13-19 years is eligible for the Youth fare discount, whether or not you attend school.

Post-Secondary Student Fare

All full-time post-secondary students are eligible for the discounted fare, regardless of age.
