North Platform Closure at Exhibition GO
Throughout December, construction will commence on a new island platform at Exhibition GO to accommodate the future Ontario Line subway, which will connect customers to the heart of downtown and beyond. To ensure safety for this work the north platform will experience intermittent closures.
Here’s what you need to know:
Dec. 14 – 15 and 21 – 22
- On each of the impacted weekends, the north platform will close on Saturday morning at 12:45 a.m. and will reopen in time for start of service on Monday morning.
Eastbound and westbound trains will arrive and depart Exhibition GO on the south platform during construction. Customers travelling south on Atlantic Avenue, please use the Exhibition GO station entrance to access the pedestrian tunnel. The elevator and staircase to the pedestrian tunnel will remain open at all times.
Note: The pedestrian bridge, at Exhibition GO, is closed for the winter season and inaccessible to customers. Please use elevators and stairwells to access the pedestrian tunnel for Exhibition GO platform and station access.
Check schedules before you travel.
Thank you for your patience while we complete this important work to expand Exhibition GO in preparation for connection to the future Ontario Line subway.
