Guildwood GO Station Improvements

We're Transforming Your Station!

Major improvements are coming to Guildwood GO Station. We're updating amenities, enhancing accessibility and improving parking.

What's Changing

Your station transformation is close to completion! The brand new west platform and tunnel are now open. Please spread out along the platform when you board the train and allow those who need the ramp to use the accessible car.
As well, the new Kiss & Ride is open on the north side of the station building, which you can access from Kingston Road. If you’re coming from Westlake Road on the south side, there is also a new Kiss & Ride located near the east tunnel.

Be sure to give yourself some extra time to access the station whether you’re walking or driving. Fencing and signage are set up to guide you around construction areas.

What's Next

We are now working on finishing the plaza area east of the station building. The last of the parking lot paving and landscaping around the station should be completed in summer 2019. The improvements to Guildwood Station support future 15-minute two-way service between Union Station and Oshawa GO, giving you a better and faster travel experience along Lakeshore East.
