GO’s social media channels do not replace On the GO alerts. On the GO is an email subscription service that lets you sign up for timely, customized news about the service you use Sign-up for On the GO.

We receive a high volume of comments and questions through X and Facebook -- thank you! We do our best to respond in a timely manner. You can reach us online from Monday to Friday at 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you have service-related questions or your inquiry is urgent, you can always contact us directly.
