Submit a Claim
Scheduled trains that are delayed by 15 minutes or more may qualify for a refund or reimbursement within a 30 days time period there after. While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to reasons outside of our control.
Exclusions:
- Extreme weather
- Weekday Group Passes
- Weekend Pass
- Flat fare tickets like GO + Niagara Parks Combo Deals

Check Your Claim Status
To check your Service Guarantee claim status, enter your PRESTO card number (17, 20, or 24 digits), Claim Number (begins with FS or CL), or the last 4 digits of your debit or credit card.
If you select Last 4 Digits (Credit/Debit), include the Confirmation ID from your statement. You can also view your active claim under your account if you already have one.
FAQ
We promise to do our best to be on time, however, sometimes delays happen - including those outside our control. Our GO Train Service Guarantee applies to all delayed, regularly scheduled trips, except when delays are caused by extreme weather conditions.
