  • Toronto’s free all-night celebration of contemporary art returns Oct. 4 at 7 p.m. to Oct. 5 at 7 a.m., transforming the city’s public spaces and familiar place into extraordinary landscapes.
  • This year’s theme, Translating the City, explores the many languages—visual, sonic, cultural, and emotional—through which urban life is understood, expressed, and reimagined
  • The program features 85 projects from local, national and international artists, including three curated exhibitions presented by the City of Toronto.
  • Expect monumental installations, live performances, participatory works and unexpected encounters—all free.

On Saturday, Oct. 4 and Sunday, Oct. 5, planned track work is taking place on Lakeshore West

GO buses will run between Oakville and Clarkson GO and then direct between Clarkson GO and Union Station Bus Terminal in order to carry out track maintenance work to bring future, frequent service to Lakeshore West. 

On Saturday, Oct. 4, there will be no GO Transit service at Port Credit, Long Branch or Mimico GO station. Trains will operate every half hour from Exhibition GO and Union Station on a special schedule, between 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.  

On Sunday, Oct. 5, there will be no GO Transit service at Port Credit, Long Branch, Mimico or Exhibition GO stations.
