Station Construction Due to Subway Extension Project
Starting April 28, the south parking lot and access to the platform from the south end will be closed for an extended period. This is to support construction of the Yonge North Subway Extension.
As a result, GO bus Route 61 stops will be relocated to Red Maple Road starting Monday, April 27. Approximately five parking spaces in the northeast corner of the north lot will be temporarily closed between April 17 and 22 to accommodate accessibility adjustments to the new bus platform.
Here’s what you need to know:
- There will be no access from Langstaff Road to Langstaff GO, the south parking lot and passenger pick-up and drop off area.
- Approximately 420 parking spaces in the south parking lot will be out of service during construction. (See station map)
- Three accessible parking spaces will be temporarily relocated to the northeast corner of the north parking lot, near the temporary bus stops. (See station map)
- The GO bus stop will be located on Red Maple Rd. Approximately a 10-minute walk from the station building. (See station map)
- If you’re travelling towards Union Station or Bloomington GO; the stop will be located on the west side of Red Maple Road near the north station entrance.
- Please plan ahead and give yourself extra time for parking at the station and navigating to the train platform or bus stop.
- Follow all directional signage and use caution when moving around construction areas.
- This work schedule is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances and weather conditions.
