Parking Lot Construction Coming Soon, For One Month

Coming soon, for approximately one month, an area of the main parking lot will be closed and the passenger pick-up and drop-off area will be temporarily relocated. This is part of a City of Markham infrastructure project. 

Here's what you need to know:  

• Approximately 690 parking spaces will be closed during construction.  
• Please use the east overflow parking lot, which is about a 10-minute walk to the train platform.
• During construction there are approximately 100 additional spaces available in an overflow lot at Pan Am Centre. Also about a 10-minute walk to the train platform. 
• The passenger pick-up and drop-off area will be temporarily relocated to the southwest area of the main parking lot. (See station map)
• Accessible parking spaces will remain available, however some will be relocated to the northwest corner of the main parking lot.
• Reserved parking spaces will still be available, however they may be relocated. If you’re a reserved parking space user, we will contact you directly with more information.   
• Approximately 22 carpool parking spaces will be temporarily closed.    
• Temporary pedestrian walkways will be put in place to help you navigate from the parking lot to the train platform.  
• Please plan ahead and give yourself extra time at the station for parking.  
• Follow all directional signage and use caution when moving around construction areas.  
• This work schedule is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances and weather conditions.
