Trial Option:

If you disagree with the Review and Resolution Officer’s decision or wish to request a trial in the Provincial Offences Court, you may do so by completing a Notice of Intention to Appear, which is the reverse side of your Parking Infraction Notice, and sending it by mail to:

Metrolinx Compliance Services
277 Front Street West, 4th Floor
Toronto, ON. M5V 2X4
(Mailing address only; not for in-person services)

Once you have sent the Notice of Intention to Appear, you’ll receive a Notice of Trial from the Provincial Offences Court in the jurisdiction where your parking infraction occurred with the date and time of your trial. Failure to attend your trial date may result in a court conviction being registered against you.

Also, please note that any unpaid fines relating to a Parking Infraction Notice issued by Metrolinx may result in your vehicle’s licence plate renewal being denied until all outstanding fines and court costs are paid.
