GO Transit Email Subscriber Welcome Offer - Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to individuals participating in the GO Transit Email Subscriber Welcome Offer (the “Program”), and are in addition to the GO Transit Terms and Conditions – E-tickets.

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following provisions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Program the following is required:

  • Ten (10) dollar minimum purchase; and
  • You must be a new email subscriber.

In order to be a considered a new e-mail subscriber, you either have never previously subscribed to email marketing for GO Transit or unsubscribed at least twenty-one (21) days prior to signing-up for the Program.

2. Discounted Fare

By participating in the Program, you will receive a promocode (the “Promocode”) which is valid for one way and round-tip adult e-tickets only. The Program cannot be combined with co-fare or any other discounts. The Discounted Fare is only valid for a limited time which time is specified in your email confirmation. The Promocode is valid for one-time use only.

3. Non-Transferable

Tickets purchased through the Program cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred to any other person or entity.

4. Suspension and Termination

GO Transit may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason.

5. E-tickets

Each e-ticket is sold subject to Metrolinx policies and By-Laws located at www.gotransit.com/en/policies. Each e-ticket is valid for use of the specified GO Transit services in accordance with these terms. GO Transit fares, schedules, trip information and other information and terms applicable to travelling with GO Transit are available at www.gotransit.com/en/trip-planning.
