Parking Infraction Notice

Did you get a Parking Infraction Notice? 

If you were issued a Parking Infraction Notice, you have 15 days to pay the fine or dispute it. 

Pay your fine

  • Online: transactions may take up to two business days to process. Click here to pay your fine online. 
  • In-person at:
    GO Transit Compliance Services Office
    Union Station – York Concourse (beside the Lost and Found office)
    35 York Street, Toronto, Ontario
    Hours:  Monday to Friday (except holidays), 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • By mail: Make payable to GO Transit, with the Parking Infraction Notice number on the front of a cheque or money order, and send to:

Post-dated cheques will not be accepted and please don’t send cash by mail. Allow sufficient time for your payment to arrive before the due date. Late payments will be returned and you’ll be charged a fee for any dishonoured cheques.

Dispute your fine

If you’d like to attempt to resolve your Parking Infraction Notice through Metrolinx’s dispute resolution program, you must submit your request within 15 days. Here are your options: 

If you disagree with the outcome

If you disagree with the resolution offered to you, you may request a trial in the Provincial Offence Court, by completing a Notice of Intention to Appear (on the reverse side of the Parking Infraction Notice) and send it by mail to:

Once you have filed the Notice of Intention to Appear, you’ll receive a Notice of Trial from the Provincial Offences Court in the jurisdiction where your parking infraction occurred with the date and time of your trial.
