James St. North in Hamilton


James St. North in downtown Hamilton is a foodie’s dream destination. The stretch between King St. and Murray St. is filled with fantastic dining options. From vegan fare at Green Bar to Charred’s mouth-watering rotisserie chicken, there’s something to satisfy every eater. For a focus on sourcing seasonal ingredients, try Earth to Table: Bread Bar. The Wild Orchid Restaurant, a local favourite, serves up traditional Portuguese dishes in a casual atmosphere. Get There With GO: Take the Lakeshore West line to West Harbour GO Station and then walk south along James St. North.

Distillery District in Toronto


Just walking around the pedestrian-only brick streets in the Distillery District is a fun adventure. You’ll find one-of-a-kind shops and galleries amidst the stunning architecture. But it’s also home to some amazing restaurants, bars, and bakeries so bring your appetite! Try authentic Mexican cuisine at El Catrin Destileria, East Asian fine dining at Boku, or handcrafted beer and elevated pub fare at the Mill St. Brew Pub. These are only a few of the tasty options waiting for you in the Distillery District.

Get There With GO: Travel by GO bus or train to Union Station and connect to the TTC, or take a 30-minute walk east along The Esplanade.

Queen St. West & King St. West in Toronto


The only problem you’ll have finding a great foodie experience along Queen St. West or King St. West in Toronto is deciding which restaurant to choose. Try thin crust pizza from Terroni or spicy Thai food from Nana, both on Queen St. West. On King St. West, head to Patria for tapas or Kinoya for sushi. With so many great options in one neighbourhood, you could have drinks and appetizers at one restaurant, head to another for your main course, and a third one for dessert. Port Credit in Mississauga


In the picturesque Port Credit neighbourhood of Mississauga, you’ll find flavours to suit everyone in the family. Stroll along the Lakeshore between Hurontario St. and Mississauga Rd. and try to choose just one restaurant. Nomads Restobar takes inspiration from around the world, Roc’N Doc’s has tasty pub eats, and Raw Aura Organic Cuisine uses only completely raw ingredients. They all have patios for outdoor dining. You’ll also find tacos, souvlaki, Indian food, and more - and it’s all just a short walk from Port Credit GO Station!
