GO safely and responsibly this holiday season.

  • Be careful on platforms and keep yourself, bags, and loose clothing well behind the yellow line. Never walk in front of a bus or on the bus driveway. Use sidewalks and walkways and never chase a bus. Obey rail crossings and do not take risks.
  • If you are travelling with children, keep them safe. Be mindful that high speed trains can pass by at any time while you are waiting on the train platform. Stay back from the yellow line.
  • Our Transit Safety team is available 24 hours a day at 1-877-297-0642 or text “HELP” to 77777.
  • If you are involved in or witness any unsafe, illegal, or harmful incidents while travelling with us, call our team immediately to assist.
  • We urge all customers to look out for their fellow and contact Transit Safety if they see someone in need of help.

On behalf of GO Transit, we wish you all a happy and safe time over the holidays.
