On Saturday, November 29 and Sunday, November 30, GO buses will replace train service direct from Bramalea GO to Hwy 407 Bus Terminal. Trains will run as regularly scheduled between Bramalea and Kitchener GO due to planned construction.        

There will be no GO Transit service at Bloor, Mount Dennis and Weston GO stations and no GO trains at Malton GO.   

If you are travelling from Bloor GO to Union Station:  

• Take TTC Line 2 (Bloor-Yonge) to Bloor Station then TTC Line 1 (Yonge-University) to Union Station.  

If you are travelling from Bloor GO to Bramalea GO:  

• Take TTC Bus Route 47 north to Yorkdale Bus Terminal and change to GO Bus Route 36B to Bramalea GO. 

If you are travelling from Weston GO to Union Station:  

• Take TTC Bus Route 52 to Lawrence West Station and transfer to TTC Line 1 (Yonge-University), to Union Station. 

If you are travelling from Weston GO to Bramalea GO:  

• Take TTC Bus Route 52 to Airport Road North and connect with Brampton Transit Bus Route 115 Airport Express North to Bramalea GO. 

If you are travelling from Mount Dennis GO to Union Station: 

• TTC bus route 40 to TTC Line 2 (Bloor-Yonge), connecting at Dundas West station. 

If you are travelling from Mount Dennis GO to Bramalea GO: 

• Take TTC Bus Route 32C to Lawrence Avenue West at Pine Street and connect to TTC Bus Route 52 to Airport Road North. Then take Brampton Transit Bus Route 115 Airport Express North to Bramalea GO. 

If you are travelling from Malton GO to Union Station: 

• Take MiWay Bus Route 42 west to Glen Erin Drive at Aquitaine Avenue and connect to GO Bus Route 21 to Union Station Bus Terminal. 

If you are travelling from Malton GO to Bramalea GO: 

• Take Brampton Transit Bus Route 115 Airport Express North to Bramalea GO.  

There will be some service impacts on Friday, November 28:  

• The last northbound train at 11:34 p.m. from Union Station to Mount Pleasant GO will not run. 

Train service will resume Monday, Dec. 1.

Metrolinx is transforming GO Transit to bring more frequent two-way, all-day service to the Kitchener line seven days a week. We’re also preparing for construction on the new St. Clair-Old Weston station. This planned track work requires us to temporarily suspend service on the Kitchener line so that construction can be performed safely.

On Saturday, Dec. 13 and Sunday, Dec. 14, there will be no GO train service between Kitchener and Guelph Central GO due to planned construction. GO bus route 30A will run between Kitchener and Bramalea GO station, where you can connect to GO train service to Union Station.   

Travel time by GO bus between Kitchener and Bramalea GO is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.   

There will be three additional eastbound GO train trips between Bramalea and Union Station at 11:28 a.m., 12:28 p.m. and 1:28 p.m.   

There will be five additional westbound GO train trips between Union Station and Bramalea GO at 10:18 a.m., 11:18 a.m., 12:18 p.m., 1:18 p.m. and 2:18 p.m.  

For customers travelling from Guelph Central GO to Kitchener GO:  

Please take GO bus route 17 to Wilfred Laurier University and change to GO bus route 30 to continue to Kitchener GO station.  

Please note: GO bus travel times are approximate. GO buses may depart at different times than regular scheduled train service and bus connections may be affected. 

We strive to provide the safest and fastest travel options during service adjustments. We are using Bramalea GO station instead of Union Station Bus Terminal for these service adjustments to connect our shuttle buses to train service. This decision was made based on several factors, including anticipated traffic and operational considerations. Our goal is to offer the best possible options to help you reach your destination safely and on time. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve overall service on your line.
